Powerball jackpot goes to $60 million Saturday, July 4th, 2020; One player won the second prize

There was no ticket sold with all five lotto numbers and the Powerball number in the last multi-state Powerball game draw, and the estimated jackpot for Saturday's drawing will roll up to $60 million, lottery officials announced. The lump-sum cash payout will be $47.8 million. The winning numbers from Wednesday, July 1st, 2020 drawing were 15, 28, 52, 53, 63 with Power Ball number 18. No one won the Powerball grand prize in the past 40 draws since Saturday, February 15th, 2020. The last jackpot was won by one lucky ticket sold in Michigan, matched all six numbers for a $70.00 million top prize.
Even though the grand prize was not hit Wednesday evening, some people still walked away with huge prizes. There was a sole lucky player that correctly matched all five lotto numbers and won the second prize. The one second prize winning ticket(s) purchased in Florida will collect 1 million dollar cash.
Additional major winners Wednesday evening included 3 tickets that matched four white ball numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000. 3 additional tickets of this prize level were also wisely bought with the Power Play option that multiplied winnings 4 times to $40,000 cash! Other prizes won Wednesday evening included 174 tickets that matched 4 white numbers and won $100. 56 additional tickets at this prize level were also wisely bought with the Power Play option that doubled winnings to $200 cash! Additional prizes won Wednesday night included 445 tickets that matched 3 white numbers plus the Powerball and won $100. 153 additional tickets at this prize level were also purchased with the Power Play option that doubled winnings to $200 cash.
