No jackpot winning ticket sold. Monday's Powerball jackpot leaps to $54,000,000

Mass Powerball lottery News and Payout for Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 Drawing
The Powerball lottery jackpot increased since no player matched all 6 winning numbers from Saturday night's $44,000,000 drawing. The next grand prize increased to $54,000,000 for Monday night's drawing. The lump-sum cash payout stands at an estimated $$24.8 million. The numbers drawn Saturday night, May 3rd, 2025 were 10, 21, 23, 35, 65 and Powerball number was 24.
While the grand prize was not hit Saturday evening, some players still walked away with huge pile of cash. A total of 10 lucky tickets won the 3rd prize. These included 7 tickets that matched four white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000.
Additional prizes won Saturday night included 218 tickets that matched four white ball numbers and won $100. 80 additional players not just matched 4 white ball, and also bought the Power Play option, double the prizes to a total win of $200 each! 468 tickets matched three of the five lotto numbers, plus the Powerball number. These tickets are also each worth $100. There were 181 tickets matched 3+1 with Power Play option, doubled the winnings to win a total win of $200 each.
With nine different prize tiers, the Saturday night's drawing produced 399,671 winning tickets nationwide with a total amount of $0 prizes.
Powerball can be played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball drawings occur 2 times a week every Wednesday and Saturday night at 10:59 PM Eastern Time. Powerball lottery uses a 5/59+1/35 matrix from which winning numbers are chosen. The minimum Powerball jackpot is $40,000,000. Its annuity option is paid in 30 graduated payments in 29 years. Winners can choose one lump-sum cash payout instead.
