The holder of the winning ticket will now need to decide to either take the 26 annual payments with annual payment approximately of $4.31 million before taxes, or the one time cash payment in the amount of $49.3 million before Uncle Sam's share is extracted. The jackpot winner is encouraged to sign the ticket, place it in a secure place and contact lottery officials as soon as possible.
