The lottery official announced that the Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021, Mega Millions drawing resulted in a carry over, creating an $30 million grand prize for the next drawing Friday. The lump-sum cash payout will be $21 million up for grab. The winning numbers from Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021 drawing were 05, 07, 09, 20, 57 and the Mega Ball was 15, Megaplier was 3. Nobody won the Mega Millions grand prize in the past 767 draws since Friday, October 4th, 2013.The last jackpot was won by a single ticket sold in Maryland, matched all six numbers for a $189 million top prize.

While there was no jackpot winner Tuesday evening, Mega Millions did produce some big winners. There were 2 2nd prize winning tickets from Tuesday night's drawing, matching all five white ball numbers except the Mega Ball number. The 2 lucky ticket(s) purchased in , each won one quarter million dollar cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.

Also, 30 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000. Also, 554 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $150. There were 1169 tickets that correctly matched three white ball numbers as well as the Mega Ball and also won $150.

With nine prize levels, there were a total of 1,032,624 winning tickets sold nationwide in the Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021 drawing.
